Find a girl that you’re attracted to (whether it be by her looks, vibe, or intellect), introduce yourself. Throughout the course of conversation compliment her on something that you genuinely like, and ask her about it. Keep talking. Tell her you’d like to get to know her, get her number, text her eventually and then talk on the phone when you get the chance. When you on the phone tell her you’d like to do whatever it is you wanna do with her, monitor her reaction, if positive tell her that you can pick her up at *this time* on *someday* night. 

Simple.

(Of course that compliment and ask thing is just an easy way to show that you’re interested in the person and it’s also just good conversation. MAKE SURE THAT IT’S EVIDENT THAT YOU WANT TO BE MORE THAN FRIENDS.)
